Baylor Geosciences Research during National Groundwater Awareness Week, March 10th-16th

Baylor Geosciences PhD student, Toluwaleke Ajayi, was conducting a dye trace in the Edwards Aquifer to better understand the flow in the downtown Salado Springs complex, which is home to threatened salamanders while MS student, Elena Muir, was sampling springs below Stillhouse Hollow Reservoir to investigate impacts of reservoirs on groundwater.
