Geoscience Graduate student, Jasmine Kidwell, receives The National Association of Geoscience Teachers Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award!

Jasmine Kidwell has been invited to present her teaching tips at a national meeting and will receive a one-year membership in the National Association of Geoscience Teachers (NAGT). Jasmine is a PhD student in the Geosciences Department researching Late Quaternary Human Presence, Hydroclimate, and Plant Ecology in the Trans-Pecos Chihuahuan Desert, Texas and mentored by Dr. Julie Hogarth and Dr. Bill Hockaday. Jasmine was nominated by Geosciences Lab Coordinator, Sharon Browning. Congratulations - Jasmine!
